This website is owned and operated by RPH Australia Cooperative Limited (ABN 99 882 516 319) (RPH Australia) under the domain name “rph.org.au” (RPH Australia Site).

The RPH Australia Site provides general information about RPH Australia and RPH Australia’s various members, programs, services, products and activities.
In addition, the RPH Australia Site may contain or make available data sheets, email lists, mailout or newsletter services, service provider details, or other tools and facilities which may be of use to you. Whilst RPH Australia has taken reasonable effort to provide such features that are accurate and free from defect, RPH Australia does not warrant the accuracy, correctness or completeness of these features, which are provided on an “as is” basis.

4 Donations
You may wish to donate money to RPH Australia member Services via the RPH Australia Site.
Making a donation
In order to make a donation via the RPH Australia Site, you will be directed to a secure payment gateway on the RPH Australia member’s website to whom you are making a donation. This will use a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Certificate with 128 bit high grade encryption facility suck at PayPal or similar.
Your donation details and credit card details for payment will be collected and stored in-house by the RPH Australia member you donate to, processed within a reasonable timeframe and deleted once successfully processed.
Details required from you
Unless provided otherwise, all payments for donations to be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Diners accepted). You must therefore provide details of your credit card, including:
- credit card type
- name on credit card
- credit card number
- expiry date
In order to deliver to you a tax receipt you may need to provide your postal or email address. Issue of a tax receipt recognising your donation will not be made until payment has been processed and actually received by the organisation you are donating to.
5 Warranties
While we have taken care to provide Content that is free from error, RPH Australia does not guarantee or warrant the accuracy, adequacy or completeness of Content on the RPH Australia Site. All Content is provided on an “as is” basis and without guarantees or warranties of any kind either express or implied. All terms implied by law, except those that cannot be lawfully excluded, are excluded. All Content is subject to change without notice. RPH Australia does not warrant that this RPH Australia Site or any linked websites will be free from viruses or defects.
